Display Requirements
MOTOR VEHICLE – BOAT – MOTORCYLE – AIRCRAFT DISPLAY REQUIREMENTS
- The maximum amount of fuel (gasoline, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, and liquefied natural gas) permitted to remain in the tank is less than one fourth (1/4) of a tank.
- Any de-fueling must be done outside of the building. Fuel should be removed with the appropriate safety equipment and may never be dumped on the James E. Ward Ag Center grounds.
- Vehicle(s) must remain stationary during show hours. *
- It is recommended that fuel tank covers must be locked, taped or sealed. Expo management reserves the right to require a Lebanon Fire Department to inspect if deemed necessary.
- It is recommended the vehicle electronic system shall be de-energized by removing the battery or disconnecting the battery cables and covering them with the electrical tape, to avoid any chance of sparks upon termination of the move-in until commencement of the move-out.
- If necessary, precautions may be required to prevent vehicles from rolling.
- Drip pans/cardboard/mats are required under vehicles of any type.

Vendor Parking: Vendor parking for FBEC events is located on the North Side of the building across from the loading dock.
The FBEC provides free parking for all events. Accessible parking is adjacent to all building entrances.
Directions: The Farm Bureau Exposition Center is conveniently situated just off Interstate 40 in Middle Tennessee. Simply take I40 to exit 239, go North on Highway 70, and you'll reach the entrance within one mile.
